Possible Job Opportunities

My professional career has been spent in the HR realm, so my mind naturally works in terms of identifying strengths in people and what job might be a potential strong fit.  So here's what I've come up with so far for Kiley and why:

• Cruise Ship Coordinator - this child loves to direct play
• Project Manager - she loves to tell me what I have forgotten to do (like fix her pillow, glue a flower on her headband, set up a playdate, etc.)
• Teacher - she loves to tell you how to do something
• Movie Director - she loves to tell you what to say and how to play with Barbies/dollies/ponies/fairies etc.

Is there a theme here?
